I can't see any reason for service to change but I haven't been there recently so I can't comment on their service level now for sure. One thing though is that Kaina had a reputation of taking care of customers on the flip, that is why a lot of guys went there so I can't imagine them changing their business model to a completely legit one, don't think the girls would stay there if they weren't making the HE tips. They always had younger providers compared to many of the other shops on the street hopefully someone who's been there recently can reply or PM you the name or names of some current girls there.
