Chinese girls is very dependent on price point. The "spa" ladies type which are mostly older will do it but most likely they also offer RIM (think about why). It took me a while to get in; also some girls refuse to serve non-Asian at Lily's but booker always made it clear when making an appointment. I do not blame those girls' personal choices.
