I understand they can have lives outside and be doing other things. The things that just I can't understand are:

1) Getting back to you over 24 hrs later.

2) Flaking when you show up to their place.

3) Setting an appointment in advance then deciding last minute to not meet.

4) Up selling after the start of the appointment.

5) Total and complete lack of interest in what's going on.

6) Not being the person in the photos.

I've lived in enough other places that this stuff has happened elsewhere, but the frequency those here is just off the charts. That's why I try to check reviews on someone first.
