And then her last text to me was She had my name, number, time and amount of time locked into her phone (Her Words "Locked In My Phone"). Now to me? A provider (even UTR) should not have my information saved on her phone? This could be very bad if LEO ever gets involved! So now I am supposed to see her today sometime before noon. But now I am hesitant because she has me locked into her phone, and may cancel? What do you think? Should she keep our info locked in her phone? Would you follow through after being told your info was locked in her phone?? I am really having an issue with this. Should I? Am I being paranoid? Any input is welcomed.

Just thinking out loud here; I'm pretty trusting with my info out there unlike a lot of guys, so my perspective may be very different than others.

UTRs are fun (not the voice of experience, having only participated with one on this board and she's hardly that UTR) and Jenna sounds mighty fine, so enjoy yourself.

If the NSA is focusing there efforts towards our cell traffic while procuring our mongering. Then we (USA) are in deep deep trouble. JUST SAYIN!! I think the NSA is probably utilizing their super cell phone traffice grabbing computer program to catch people probably a little outside the "dayton area". I think you'll be fine today! In our purpose, those highly intelligent info by NSA is not a factor. What we do is a M3 misdemeanor at most. It's nothing LE or government would do with the big data. And against a misdemeanor offense, no warrants will ever involve thus LE can't do any action later day; that's a general rule.

If we are very important to them (public figure or terrorist), the government may want to shoot us down. Yeah anything goes. But we are ordinary citizens.

So matter of fact, a record on your or her phone is meaningful. Because all local LE can investigate is what they have right there, the criminal tool aka a phone. Can they prosecute you in later day if she arrested with the text conversation? No. Again no misdemeanor offense is pursued by LE if it's in the past (on the same day, you are in trouble). Do they keep your digits as 'suspected' in their data base. YES. That's why a burner phone is always recommended.
