Btw... LE knows the staff here too and it would behoove you to treat the locals with respect and perhaps they may turn a blind eye to your activities. You stand out like a sore thumb and we all know what you guys drive and what your plate numbers are.
If you wanna feed your ho's, that's fine, but if you eat at a full service restaurant where someone waits on you, the magic number is 20%. If you can't afford it, then there are plenty of 24 hour drive thru's where you can feed your nappy ass ghetto train for under $5 and best of all your cheap ass won't have to tip. Not tipping is just bad Karma and I hope LE pulls you over and finds you in violation of something.

I am pretty sure I know the party line being mentioned or should I say not being mentioned here. It has the same initials of a big time rapper who can't live without his radio. I've done the party line thing off and on for a very long time. Not as much recently but when I have recently I have not had good luck. Now back in the day I fucked quiet a few girls off that line. I would work late and get off at midnite, drive home and hop on the line and if lucky go meet up and fuck a girl that night! I was about 28 and met a 19 yr old black girl who had a boyfriend and fucked her off and on for awhile. I would say be careful and think with your big head and not with the little one. I admit I drove to Watts and other unsavory or far off locations to meet up with girls to party and was very lucky they were on the up and up. I would also be careful about how old girls claim to be on the line. The line is for adults only but back in the day I had talked to girls who said they were 18 and after meeting up found out they had lied about their age. There are also a number of work girls on there and you can tell by their personal ad which usually says something along the lines of that they are looking for a mutually beneficial relationship. Also beware of girls that say they are a little thick or that they look a certain way because usually it can be a lie.
I think I picked up the same girl that B picked up on Beach but luckily I had better service with her. As always YMMV. I just have to report this odd sight from the other night. I was just South of MacF and saw this bsw at the bus stop on the West side of the street. I tried driving around her but she didn't even pay me no mind so I figured maybe she was waiting for the bus. As I always do I sometimes go a little extra up and down HB just to kill time to wait for newer sws to walk out on the blvd. As I headed back down HB I saw the bsw again but now on the other side of the street at the other bus stop. At the bus stop she was formerly waiting was a younger Hispanic guy with a backpack and noticed him checking her out. As I busted a U-turn I saw that he had made his way across the street and was talking to her and motioning across the street. A little while later I was again down on this part of HB and I noticed the same guy and bsw coming out from the residential street on the West Side of HB!! I couldn't believe that this guy on foot took her to one of the housing tracks and probably got head or fucked her out by some fucking car!!! On one had I have to give the guy props for getting his fuck on but on the other hand shit like this upsets me. What resident isn't going to call and complain about some people have sex out in the open on their block? If you know the area it isn't like the more run down part of HB by CG's. This is just South of MacF. Oh well I just had to throw that out there.

That's was nothing but the truth. If your professional is the same as the waitress, working off of tips, common sense would tell them to do the same. Since the ghetto ass pimp didn't have any sense, looks like the hoes would have. They both are selling services. I still don't understand why they choose to be with the uneducated, no moral having guys that they are with. Most of these pimps would search girls on BP and Craiglist and recruit them by all means necessarily. An ex-leo buddy told me most the girls are forced into prostitution at an early age. They are gang raped and beaten by the pimps and force to use illegal substances aka marijuana, etc. Most of these pimps are connected to gang groups or "ring". The pimps supply the girls out on the street while their ringleader provides the drugs to them. The girls are force to work their ass and split the profits back to their so call "daddy". In return, the girls get half the profit to purchase their druggies. It's an easy business for the pimps because they're can control and manipulate the girls at ease.
I heard these same stories from many girls I dated in the past. Once, I treated the girls with respect, they would tell stories about how bad their "daddy" is. I guessed the girls want to get more money out of me for their drugs.
I've worked in service related industries for years and I know there are people that are rude and suck at their job as well, but these mofos had no intention of tipping to begin with. It's because of shit like this that makes a good service person become jaded and thus profiles his/her customers. It's a lose/lose for everyone.
I realize some people are better rollers than other but for those that have no clue, 15% is standard at a restaurant and if the service is better than average, you really should be tipping 20% or better. White trash, middle easterners, Mexicans, and people from compton, are you listening?
