As I left I saw these two girls who looked really! Young closer to the very corner of Constitution and 1st on the left as you walk up. I was checking them out as I walked up and noticed a guy near one of the carts saw me and approached almost to say something as I was walking up but then when I walked past them, already having my time completed, he just went back to his cart. Both times BTW they did not make me fill out a visa. Both times we were stopped by the cop that stands just past the baggage scan machine. My guess it was bulky jackets as both times it was cold. Glad that's the only hassle I have ever had in TJ outside of the occasional cab driver that thinks he can change the price quoted at pick up to drop off. When that happens I just look at them, nod then open the door and toss the agreed to at pick up price and turn and walk. A few have yelled crap at me but never once got put and pursued.
