Ran into Abbie or Abby on the back side of Longs, almost missed her on my first pass, but I swung back around. Made the stop and noticed she had a lot of bags. I didn't recognize her at first because of the light, and also because she seemed to be tweaking; her walk and demeanor were completely different. The first time was when I had given up and was leaving the area, the second was when I was taking a shortcut down River St. And this morning I was coming back from Zippy's after cruising the area and finding it full of mahus.
