As for geography maybe this will help.

Piedmont Hospital is in Buckhead, in the southern portion of Buckhead. Immediately to the south of Buckhead (& close to the hospital) is Midtown. Both Buckhead and Midtown are nice, central areas and you should have no trouble finding someone willing to see you for an outcall there.
