I think our best here in Mesa is Tops (but check the address and the reports, I believe it is NOT the one on Guadalupe-names are similar). There are good places here (from reading reviews-I have almost no experience with any extras massage places), but not sure about phx area.

If you're willing to go that far, try Top Spa or Aloha Spa in Mesa. Spring Massage in east Mesa is also a good choice. I usually just put the 160 down on the table once I'm in the room. It's what they expect and that way we don't have to talk about it (nothing wrong with negotiating, I just don't like to).
