I don't know of any hotel / motel that would care if you leave early assuming that you pay full price for one night. If you are embarrased to actually "checkout" after a few hours, just leave the key on the desk or dresser and they will figure out that you have left.

There are some places around town, the aforementioned Red Roof being one, that automatically charge you for such things as using the safe. You have to actually tell them you didn't in order to get it taken off your bill.

Call and set a time. Don't go into details besides for how long. They will tell you where to go. You get there and call them again. They tell you a room number and you go.
Or you can get a room make the call and ask how much for them to come over for whatever amount of time. They agree and they come over. Make small chat and get handsy. Things will take over from there.
Money is the last thing to come out and I never discuss it especially with type of services in the same paragraph.

You know why you're there. You arrive, say hi then usually something like "lets get this party started" normally she'll get undressed at that point otherwise ask if she's cold, when she says no why, then ask her why she has so many clothes on.
