Soooo. I have an extra room available in my apartment and have been thinking about renting it out to a girl in exchange for a daily FS massage + light housekeeping.
I posted an ad on craigslist and have had several girls contact me in regards to this, they are aware of the arrangement and understand the details and they look acceptable.
Can anyone give me some advice on this along with covering my ass legally?

Especially if you formally make it an agreement between parties. I'd think you'd need to be very creative to hide the fact that pussy was indeed swapped for lodging.
Again, this is only my uneducated opinion. Perhaps someone more familiar with the legal code could comment.

Even once a day five days a week is $3000 a month.
Sounds great if you can pull it off (yes, I've looked at girls on the outside with thoughts of a similar arrangement); the only thing is when things go south (highly probable since it is based on sex) it may be hard to get rid of her especially if she has no one to room with right away. Are these career women or would they be in a jam if they had to leave?
The other thing that could just possibly happen, which ties in to the first paragraph, is that she becomes a BP girl and works out of her room while you're away at work. Even when you're there, she may have "friends" come over. The guys have posted about going someplace only to find they were not 'alone'.
Hypo is right about setting-up an agreement, but even with legit rentals, people disobey written terms in contracts they signed and do all sorts of things, such as subletting. You never know what could be happening in a property that you are responsible for, especially with women who are willing to enter into such an agreement.
Just my primitive opinion. I do hope it works out for you though.
I think an informal arrangement would be the way to go. There is no way you could legitimize the arrangement since the basis is illegal to start with (prostitution). Also what benefit would you have to make the deal legitimate I. E. In writing? And there is always the problem of getting her out when the deal does go sour. If you establish a landlord tenant arrangement do you really want to go to court to evict? I say KISS (keep it simple) , no offense intended.

So after a few weeks ago I had a convo with my friend Saya from Japan and then I said condoms suck so bad now they are so thick and have that rubber stink smell and she was laughing and said cause your using the wrong condoms. I replied but even the regular condoms are like that and she was like no here and gave me one of her JAPANESE condoms
These bad boys are so thin you feel EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING. I take these to AMPs it's like BBFS no joke it's way thinner then any American condom and strength and quality is so much better. Also these condoms run a little smaller then American condoms so is your on the smaller side this condoms give you a better fit for max pleasure and for you king kong brothers get the bigger size ones not the standard other wise it won't fit trust me I know.
Okamoto an jex condoms are the two brands I like the best. Okamoto has the thinnest condoms around that I trust and they have all different types but the best is the thinnest ones you feel everything.

Plus as another poster said, she may use your place when you are not gone. The bad thing about that is, all kinds of strangers will be coming through your place and who knows what might happen. Then there is the part of her telling your friends and blackmailing you if she comes up with the idea of getting more for less. There are a lot reasons to do it, but you got to worry about that one reason not to that can screw up your life-good luck.

She would have to be pretty naive and desparate to agree to your arangement imo. Also, if she doesnt already know about this forum, she eventually will. Getting a GF is a better option imo. With the statement that they must have another job with a pay stub and I will reserve the right to issue a 28 day notice for any reason whatsoever.
I am the resident manager at my building so I am not worried about rent and such because the condo is provided for me and the utilities.
I am providing a parking stall also for her. (around a $1000 value for everything all together its a fairly large condo).
I started straying away from the massage thing when I caught an episode of "Two and a Half Men" last night. And the idea of a maid sounded kinda nice. 3 meals a day cooked (microwavable is fine) plus coffee in the morning.
The idea of a daily FS sounds nice but it would get old. And kinda weird after a bit I'm guessing. I don't want to become frustrated at her if she turns me down or something and then have a ton of drama.
But the idea of coffee in the morning with hot breakfast sounds amazing. The girlfriend option sounds nice but Mehhhh, I still want to monger and have fun and not have to worry about if I said the wrong thing the night before and now I don't get coffee, or create drama in my relationship if I complain about something wrong with the housekeeping and such. A no drama maid would be amazing.
I met with a senior at UH last night for drinks downtown and she is swinging by today to look at the place. Will let you all know next week how it goes and if I'm winning like Charlie Sheen or making my own damn coffee.
Oh and wish me luck, I'm heading to Roses now. Have a 4pm appointment with a Yasy, can't wait! This $$.5 has been burning a hole in my pocket all week!

Then, you will be able to get to the "Delete" button. After that window has expired (or if someone has already quoted your post), it is permanent.
