I've seen Layla on more then 10 occasions and NEVER a threat or attempted robbery.

She has declined in her service and attitude, but I've NEVER gotten a sense of her falling that hard. She has no candy issues that I can see. She is 420 friendly and may do xanax as she said such in the past, but NOT an issue.
