This was follow-up county-wide pursuit of the original Tampa ordinance. The news article is from February of 2018... a time at which we "weren't looking."
The actual Hillsborough County ordinance is typically full of legal-speak and difficult to decipher, and I haven't done a side-by-side comparison to the Tampa City ordinance ... mostly because I have better things to do. I've been reading some posts on here about Bella at Red Apple. Most are accurate in that the massage is really good and she's very good with her hands. Yoyo is a really nice lady, probably late 30's to early 40's. Nice body. I believe damage was. 8 an hour, but she does this deal where after 4th visit, 5th one is free. (shop fee only).
