1) I try to stay with women over 30. I have been ghosted several times, and cash and dashed once. All women in their 20's. The fact that I'm 70+ means I don't get many takers in that age group, and the ones that do respond are probably up to "no good". So my stats are probably skewed. I've had just the opposite results from most women in the 30's and 40's. I have had three meet and greets that led to intamacy that night and two on the next date. The one exception was the one that tried to blackmail me after our second date. It was really my fault. I was thinking with my little head and missed to obvious red flags.
There are fewer fish in 30+ group, but they are more honest and hungrier.
2) Honesty. Be totally honest in your post and communications, but be carefull about being too direct too early. Women can sense dishonesty also and good ones will move on fast. Remember you are looking for a "relationship" not a one night stand. I have had a number of promising connections with very attractive women nipped early because we were both being honest, and it was obvious we had no chemistry. Good to find out early. 3) Read the post carefully. Poor sentence structure and grammar is sure sign of an airhead. Put their photo out of your head when you read the post, because red flags show up more readily when you are not thinking with you little head. One red flag is when the post is all about the good life and money and not about any kind of connection. I'm not stupid, I know $ is their main motivation, but in the SD / SB word iI I am looking for a connection. Women and men generally word things differently enough for you to get a sense that you are communicating with a guy. I caught three before anything happened.
4) If the photos look like models they probably are. Do a reverse image search. I caught three so far.
5) When you get a phone number, search it out. Haven't caught anyone yet.
Right now I have an on-going relationship with a hard-bodied 31 yo and an in-shape 41 yo that are easy on the eyes and very satisfying. So it seems to work. Hopefully other guys have advice.

Women who have decent bodies are usually quick to show them off. Remember that big boobs are hard to come by without everything else being big.
