The "red flags" for me was while the performance was good to great, she was very confused. The location was bad from two points of view. One it had other rooms she disappeared into and did who knows what. Two the neighborhood could get bad outside in that the neighbors were out and watching. While they didn't say anything to me (I am kind of big and intimidating looking) Samantha herself told me on the phone that they sometimes yell at the guys coming in. I would not be there at night for sure.
