I was like, "that's not good" and she agreed but said customers still bought them because it gave them a false sense of privacy, or they simply didn't know. She said it's more for a safety thing for the dancers.
There's also cameras in the main lapdance area too.

Yes, are they used no likely, clubs are under pressure, to eliminate illegal activity, drugs, alcohol to minors, proof a client beat the shit out of a dancer.
Staff and management know what goes on, will they admit it, no that would be stupid.

It reminds the patrons someone's watching and makes them think twice before snorting up or roughing up the girl. Girls don't mind and know it's part of the biz and mgmt prerogative. I did hear some managers view the recordings to get off so creepy.

Except on weekends, only open at night. Small club with jazz club interior. Prettier girls but more money. If you like fucking Monse at Pandoras, this isn't your place. If you like girls next door you should give it a try. Mileage is higher than expected but only offered by a few.
