Was in the baymeadows area the other day and thought I'd check the 95 and baymeadows area for walkers. Cut through the BP and as I passed the Denny's, saw a short blond with a curvy body, rolled by her and offered a ride, she was lucid and friendly, said she needed a ride to the Laquinta. We made small talk for the short ride. As we rounded the corner around back I spotted two marked squad cars so as I parked I told her we needed the same story, let's say we.

Met at the gators dockside bar last night. The cop asked to speak to us as we stepped out. He separated us and the one offficer said that they had intel that her and he guys in her room were using her as bait and then robbing guys. I had no idea, he said I need to be on my way but first he wanted to run my I'd. As he did two of the suspected guys walked out of the room, the officer told me to get On my way and if he saw me again he'd arrest me. I got.

There was another report in another thread where a guy overheard cops saying that they needed to keep the area clean for the musical festival that is in town this weekend. This might not be the best weekend to source street action from the Southside area.

Whoever the OP was directed to, you cannot help an addict until or unless they are ready and that won't happen until they hit bottom. The only girl I've ever helped called me to ask for help getting clean, she was done. I got her a ride to detox and helped her get to outpatient rehab every day after that. She's almost three years sober, married, and studying to be an addiction counselor. But they have to want it or you are wasting your time and your good intentions will be manipulated. Whatever you decide, never ever give any money to someone in recovery. You will only be enabling and provoking relapse. Best of luck whatever you decide.

So, I am hoping the group can help me with a question that I've had for quite some time. I brought it up with a provider that I saw within the last week. The conversation is presented below in it's entirety:
