Except for maybe paying off the cops. I've run businesses that had 80 employees and did over 10mil gross. I've also had my 1 man shop and dealt with the taxes etc myself. I guess my point was that if run correctly strip clubs should be cash cows. And as a few others have pointed out, could be a lot of fun to hang around as the owner / manager.

At that time the dancers were not paying the clubs yet. We were still paying by the shift to the girls. It was a real pain in the ass at times to keep girls straight enough to get on stage and try to get 3 dances in without falling on their ass. Nose Candy was just starting to get around. But there were perks to being the club owner. (Sigh) there were times you started to think you really were that good looking!

Afterwards, we went to a normal bar down the road for a drink and I dropped her off on Tallmadge where he pimp, driving a beat up dodge ram picking her up.

He said that without a doubt, she was the flightiest chick he ever met in his life, and he's been with some unstable chicks.

Hey new to the board and area. Been to Jen's Den a few times now mostly on weekends. The only good action in the club was with Brittany got a HJ from her in the back room. I met Angela and got a few dances and VIPs nothing special. I asked her about OTC stuff and she said yes and we talked some details but I was unsure about taking the plunge right then and there, and she gave me her number. Then she said she was going for a smoke and would come back to see what I wanted to do. So I went to the bathroom when I came out and sat back down she was heading to the door with her stuff and going home. Was just wondering if I did something wrong or scared her? I don't usually do OTC. I am from the east coast and most of the action I have had from strip clubs has been in the club. If it did take place OTC it was after a few times in the club and it was no big drama or anything because the girl and I knew each other. Thinking about it maybe I asked to many questions and she thought I was a cop or something. I just wanted to know what I was getting into as far as price and stuff. Hope I didn't fuck this up she has a nice body and I love petite girls. I am not new to hobbying just this board. Back east we use BestGFE Forum, its pretty active in the PA, NJ, NY area. The Ohio thread there however is not that active. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

And. I guess you could kind of say the same thing about MMC. Hot women, cold beers. But it's not really a strip club either since they don't show anything or touch you. &$.

Drove by the old XTC today, and all of the old signage has been covered up with red signage promoting "Vortex". The long version is "Vortex Music Center" or something or other, but it's definitely not a dancer bar, and it's opening in the Fall.

It made me a little sad. XTC was the first Akron bar that I hit up back in 2000, and I had some great times there. I never did get Out of the Club action, nor extras, but I did get some sleazy tables dances from Paris (I asked about her a while ago) back in 2000. I had some high mileage dances in the back from various girls, and I loved the set-up and atmosphere of the place. It was pricey, though. 10 dollar cover sucked, and 20 dollars per VIP song was steep, especially since the DJ played short songs, and then cut the songs short on top of that. The dried-out free pizza was boss, though.

Toward the end, I went less and less, because the quality of the girls declined, and I was able to get sleazy dances elsewhere for 5 bucks, while XTC wanted 20 (the quality of the table dances at other bars were equal to XTC's VIP dances).

Odd thing is, I've never seen any of the XTC dancers anywhere else since the bar shut down.

Across the street, Dreamers (remember when that place was a good option?) was closed at 5:30, and I won't set foot in Jen's Drug Emporium, so the strip club scene looks worse every day.

Over the last month, I tried every bar in Akron, and I simply don't see many hot chicks at all. I think they all left Akron for greener pastures.

There was a short blurb in the ABJ the other day about two guys getting robbed by MMC. It was unclear, but it sounded like they might not have been in the MMC parking lot itself but right by it? I know one of my buddies walked across the street to the ATM a year ago and got hassled.

So I took a trip to Jen's Den on Saturday night and got some dances from five different ladies. Usually, I've found the quality of the barside and tableside dances to be excellent at Jen's, with the VIP almost always being outstanding. This time, I was disappointed with every dance I received. Total of 12 or so from 5 girls. They involved the typical moving and grinding. But save for one quick brush by one girl, there was no hand action. No head in the lap. No dirty talking. There was no naughtiness of any sort. I even took a chance on a VIP room dance and called it quits after one song because the dance was so bad.

Usually I have to fight the girls off of my c2ck with a stick. This time was a serious disappointment.

Has something changed there with management? Is extra fun being actively discouraged? The girls I got dances from were a mix of new girls and old pros. I just find it hard to believe that I'd go 0 for 5 unless something was up.

Too many customers got ripped off, too much drug activity; it's caught up with the bar very quickly.

As far as the rest of the stripper "scene" is concerned, I haven't had much luck. I'll keep it real brief:

Dreamers: Appears to be closed. Drive by a few times over the last few weeks, and while the neon sign is always on, there is never a single car in the parking lot at night. I had exactly one good time there, and that was when the infamous Autumn was "dancing" there. Which nicely leads to.

Gatsby's in Akron: Saw Autumn there. I first met her at Georgie's, where I feel asleep at the bar and dreamed that she jacked me off in the VIP room one time. She was frisky the one time I saw her at Dreamers. She was making the rounds at Gatsby's, but there is no way in the world she could do anything special there, as the bouncers watch everything that happens. If you sneeze, either the 532 people who sit at the bar all day, or one of the four bouncers will see it. So I saw a few dudes get dances from her; they clearly didn't know who she was, which I thought was a bit funny. I really, really, hate Gatsby's, and I hope I'm never so bored to try that bar again.

Old Glory Daze: Got a dance from Danielle, she's got a nice body but not great face, more importantly, her dances are tame. She made it clear that they are weak in the VIP, too. Adios! CJ seemed to be game, but she didn't do it for me. Heather, who that one guy used to ask about was there, she didn't impress. Next!

Georgie's: One cute girl, but she seemed uptight. Nothing else there that did it for me.

Bottom's Up: I don't even bother with that bar, or Flashdance anymore. Completely useless. Ironically enough, these two are the only bars that charge a 10 dollar cover.

I tried the new bar across the street from Gatsby's (Arkon). They're trying to make a go of it, seems to be more tailored toward drinking and relaxing than anything else.

All of these misadventures were over the course of a few weeks.

Had a chance to stop at BU last week in the afternoon. Have to say that its been a while since I'd been there and they've redone

The inside and it looks much better. Wasn't very busy, so was able to get dances from all the girls. Had a great time.

Send me a PM if you don't want to give the exact details of what she did. I can guarantee you that she did much more when she was working at Georgie's. You'll always have multiple guys crawling up your ass at Gatsby's. Careful though, while she never ripped me off, I think there's an old post here that implies she ripped off someone else. I never did see her for outside of the club action, but I did have a dream of her being very hands-on during dances at Georgie's and Dreamers.
