Had a message from Melissa the other day. Messages are offered at her residence and has a nice room set up. When I arrived she greeted me at the door and showed me the room. I'm more-or-less new to this, but have had wonderful experiences recently in MoCo. Now I'm looking to venture out into VA considering I live near the beltway and VA is a stones throw away. Does anyone have any knowledge of how tight LE is in VA compared to MD?

They are open again now. This time they told me the real reason was they were cited for not having state licensed massage therapists. Apparently in moco you can't give massage to opposite sex unless you have a state license.

Does she live up in Kensington? If so, I had put a review up on here of her. She did the same thing to me, gloves, no roaming, etc. I paid $10 more than you though. I was quite pissed as her paost back then said a special treat after the massage.

About 15? Years ago MD law changed to try and shut down the AMPs. First got rid of provision that only required the manager to have a license. Then upped it so it was 800 hours of training not 400. The immediate effect of that was practically overnight the average age of the massage girls doubled.

A few years after that MoCo realized that a prostitution charge was to hard to investigate, prosecute and prove. So they adopted a campaign of harassment. If they think you're a sex shop you will get more "Use & Occupancy", Health and massage license inspections than you can shake a stick at until you give up and shut down. This policy seemed to have originated with Doug "deserves a kick in the nuts" Duncan. He was trying to use this as an "I cleaned up this county" hobby horse to rid into the Governor's mansion.

The other counties use that template, during sweeps week on TV, but most of the time seem to only barely care. MoCo for what ever reason has apparently put keeping prostitution out of the county as their highest priority.

Some of you older folks may remember it was Linda Lee's first place. She is my ATF for a retail spa. Really miss her. Anyway, the Nebel St. Spa.
