I've seen her a few times walking by the Happiness / Don Quijote vicinity and I had to give a second look in her direction as she walked by, then realized it was Leii! Yes! So you could say she is a head turner but it might also depend on what she is wearing at the time. At that time I saw her she had on shorts and t-shirt.
