Also, as a heads-up: you'll spend a lot of time sifting through profiles to weed out nuts, weirdos, GPS, and pros. But, there's definitely "real" people on there.

I told her to send me the make / model of the car, the plate number and registered owner's name since my buddy does repo work and I'd be able to get it for her. She said the car was in her mom's name and she wasn't comfortable giving out personal information to just anyone. I replied back that I don't send money via Western Union to just anyone. Then it was crickets, LOL.

Ditto. Waste of time. Contacted me also, multiple times, many msgs. I told her I would meet her at the impound lot, give me the address, we would get the car and take care of other matters, all at once. She had 100 reasons why that wouldn't work. Haven't heard from her since I told her to "piss off".

I would neither block her not communicate with her (either by PM, "Favorite", or "View".
Then, if the girls in question is cute, I would send her SA profile to Ho Beau purely for exploitation purposes for which one "I owe you" would be issued in return.
