That location seems to be a dead spot. Saigon closed, and then another coffee shop opened and quickly closed soon after. Could be tough there.
In the past year the owner of the strip mall where Guangzhou is located put some some money into rehapping the property and signed leases with some popular new restaurants. The restaurant crowds spill out near the front of Guangzhou at times. Once they did that, sharply raising the rent or even refusing to renew GZs lease seemed like something the owner might do since now they can probably pick and choose from a long list of potential tenants.

Tried them again tonight, pretty dead. 1 black sheer top no bra with pasties fat Asian. And an ugo with micro skirt and white bra looking top. Waste of money.

My report may be biased due to the fact that Guangzhou popped my viet cafe cherry, but Guangzhou is my hands down favorite. I've been to starz, 168, and Lu. What I love about Guangzhou is that there's more bang for your buck. The baristas are not always the prettiest, but their attitude combined with the transparency wins me over every time. On a side note, the girl working the register today was freaking hot, a 10+. She wasn't wearing anything revealing but she had the prettiest eyes I've ever seen. I'm a little worried that their move will take a turn for the worst. I would like to thank those of you, like Import, that have single handedly saved this thread. It has been very entertaining and informative.
Oh and another thing, I don't think it's a good idea to take pics and recordings of these gals without them knowing; let's exercise a little discretion so we don't ruin things. It's our responsibility to conserve these establishments for future generations, I'm just saying.

Looks like there's a new game in town Cafe Dau Lang just a block away from Cafe Dang. Haven't checked it out yet. I just noticed some of the "grizzled veteran" coffee shop girls posting themselves working there now.
