I've never shown up at anyone's place, not Shelbie's, nor anyone's, without first being invited, so I have no idea where she's coming from there. In fact, Shelbie invited me to her place every time, as well as the "other" Provider she alludes to. I'm not sure why she even stated I've stalked her or anyone else. Oh, and as far as having a good time in prison, the one thing about a military prison is that the inmates, as well as, the prison staff, are of higher intelligence than civilian, and they do their research about any new "fish" that arrives, and they know when someone's been dealt a raw deal. During my 15+ years in the military as an officer, I went through the required classes about the UCMJ for Officer Advance Course, and never had the faintest idea the true extent of the system, as no one would if they never have been caught up in it. Until you go through it, you live in a blissful state of ignorance, and just believe what they teach you about the UCMJ.

I have never doubted the integrity of Shelbie, nor the "other" Provider she speaks of, but I've never stalked, nor caused them any harm or undue concern. This certainly came out of left field, and my posting that she informed me that she had found "the one", when in fact that's what she told me, and never, ever alluded that she didn't want to continue seeing me, was in no way malicious on my part. I only wish the best for her, and will not continue to defend myself in words, as my actions have always spoken louder.

The point I'm making is Shelbie is top drawer with me and many others. She has been nothing but truthful and of high moral value with me and I cannot doubt her now in fact we have much in common and we both really just shooting the shit.

This sounds very serious to me and even dangerous no very dangerous. I think GM needs to go to anger management and where ever you go for sexual dysfunction issues or just commit suicide.

Shelbie and others I strongly recommend a restraining order. May not really do any good except give you something to fall back on if TSHTF.

You've got to back your friends and I back Shelbie to the hilt and the other ladies that she has mentioned (I don't know who they are but if they are good with Shelbie they are good with me) but are too scared to come forward.

This is way more serious than the little tiffs we have on here from time to time.

I had a feeling what shelbie was saying was true before I even read her post. You seem like the stalker possessive type. I got that vibe from your last few post the way you talk about the girls.

You heard that right. The Prosecution has all the power to determine whether or not you even have a defense. Sound like a Gestapo tactic? As an officer with over 15 years, I was totally shocked and appalled how I was summarily railroad through the system without even one witness, and I was facing the death penalty! Not even a member of my family was allowed to attend my trial, which was, ironically, held in Germany.

Here's another fact you didn't know. Just months prior to our Supreme Court ruling against our petition, the Canadian government made a ruling on it's military justice system. By sheer coincidence, and having nothing to do from us (a panel of 15 highly-ranked military officer inmates that formed an adhoc justice panel) , it seemed that Canada's own military justice system was also being challenged. The Canadian military justice system is an exact duplication of our own USMC, but this time, the Canadian government ruled that their military justice system was unconstitutional in its core. We had hoped that this ruling, just months prior to our own petition, would have bolstered our case, but in the end, our Supreme Court washed its hands of the men and women who serve our armed forces, and allowed the military to continue its barbaric judicial system.

Now, as far as, my being innocent of the charges, let me address something to the members of this great forum. Until the advent of DNA testing that has freed nearly a 100 suspected rapists and murderers after they have served over 20 years, everyone had positively believed their guilt. Those are truly the lucky ones, because they hadn't been sent to death row before DNA testing had been invented and accepted by the courts (just recently in the early 2000's) , and that there even was DNA taken and kept after all those years. In my case, as well as, hundreds of others, there never was any DNA to take, as it was only a "he said, she said" accustion. Remember, I was denied any and all witnesses.

So, how did this "predator" get a high-security job? It took over a year of background checking interviewing personnel to confirm my account of what happened to me in the USMC, and my taking multiple polygraphs with the knowledge that if I fail even one, I would never get a chance at a decent job. The military justice system will never, ever admit it has done anything wrong, but I was able to obtain a clearance and acknowledgment that I did, indeed, go through a system that is, by its very nature, an abomination of justice. I don't ever see the UCMJ being changed, as the powers-that-be don't want to open that can of worms, but your personal attack on me is unwarranted.

In all the times you and I spent together, you always expressed what a Gentleman I was, and how you truly enjoyed our times together. I won't ever go into details, as you had asked me to never reveal those, but for you to come out and attack me in this public forum, is a betray of trust, but alas, I won't betray the trust you asked of me, and will keep our times together safe, as you had requested. And, of course, instead of acknowledging that you did truly enjoy our times together, you'll say otherwise. I'm truly sorry to see that you have chosen to use such a horrible betrayal of trust.

Maybe the idea of not providing details on providers needs to be rethought, I think I've played the game pretty well by not posting anything on anyone I've seen for the past 3 or 4 yrs. It maybe starting to backfire when I'm finding out more about the Hobbyist then I could have ever possibly wanted or imagined, from who you are to what you do and done outside of the hobby, what you drink, what you live in etc, etc ad nauseam.

Recently had the occasion to visit a Favorite Friend, Lauren of Orlando. About 6 months ago Celtic Shelby contacted a close provider friend of mine with a story and a warning about a poster on this board who had trashed a girl in Brevard County on the board, accusing the girl of having a pimp and assaulting him in their encounter. Shelbie contacted the Brevard girl and the girl was a nervous scared to death young lady who could not stop crying after Shelby identified that he was in fact a guy she had seen and who had in fact pulled the same act on her. The act: Wanting to perform sex acts with no protection with both anal and vaginal penetration and crying and cajoling until he either got his way and if he didn't get his way he threatened to give them bad reviews on this and other boards, in addition he wanted to take pictures and Video the encounter.

Shelby called me because my friend gave her my number, we had a long talk. Several other mongers contacted me and we all talked via PM, Shelby had several ideas for her own protection from this animal and has since implimented them and is in my opinion safe. There was talk about "setting this guy up and teaching him a lesson he would never forget-ever" my position was that as board members none of us is in a position to become vigilanties and risk our lives and freedom in a bad situation. He would be easy to "get" because he preys on new girls and most of the regular providers have been warned about him, but there is always a new group coming along.

We decided that exposing him on the board would do no good because he would just change his alias and carry on. But Shelby apparently has had enough and decided to "OUT" him. Bravo Celtic Shelby!

Every time I see him post a review about a women he has seen I get sick to my stomach because another girl has been exposed to his abuse and intimidation, some might wilfully do as he wants that is their choice but the threats and physical intimidation roils me. Others may think differently but if nothing else some of you when your adding up all the money these girls make think of this story and try to understand why some girls are edgy at times.

Thankfully this is not a common story most mongers treat women with respect.

If someone said this about me I doubt I would bragg about being a Marine Corp officer who got railroaded after 15 yrs as a "jar head" it's been my experience that it goes the other way unless they cannot "cover up for their boy" because the evidense is far to damning, most guys in the service know exactly what I'm talking about.

And Geneva did not address the Brevard County sexual offenders list, perhaps He was to busy getting the "Citizen of the year award from the Governor" to bother addressing this "small' fact.

This was a tough deal for all of us who knew to suppress but you just can't call the cops with a situation like this and I'm so glad Shelby exposed it, maybe some girl will read about this and be wary when some bullshitter with a camera and a Video cam enters her room and crys and cajoles and threatend her I hope she has the guts to kick him in the balls-VS

All I can post is the info that I have received from Shelbie.

I was one of those members on here that received PM's from Shelbie concerning GM. She was genuinely petrified of this man. We kept it quiet and only among the most trusted members, hoping things would get better. Obviously, they did not.

That's the only thing I will say on the subject.

I am not going to call out anyone specific but cut all this crap out.

First this is for review of chicks not dudes.

Secondly I don't want to see any providers posting in hear. Get the hell out. The only reason you should be here is if your looking to improve your business and to learn from others mistakes.

Thirdly, we are suppost to be together against the providers; protecting each other from fraud. Quit defending these broads. Usaully they are the ones on some bull, not the guys. You guys attacking members are only doing it for favors with chicks viewing boards. They don't give a shitz about you. They just want the money. I don't care about them either. I just want you to look good and make sure I enjoy myself. I don't want to walk away angry that I spent money with you. I am professional and I expect the same.

I think most agree that all we want to see is requests about providers, tell your expierence, and give a recommendations. All the other crap needs to go. Quit ruining the forum.

Drama queens go play outside.[/QUOTE]Best response yet to this situation, gman you are wrong about the level of intelligence in military prisons as the majority of inmates are enlisted guys and suffice to say a good portion of those guys lack any sort of common sense hence why their ass is in jail to begin with. Who knows what the truth is as there are always two sides to every story and both sides believe in "their" truth. While it may seem nice to form a personal relationship with a provider in the realm of humanity everyone quickly forgets what humanity is based on."the core need of survival" a monger or a provider who gets to close to their business clients is only asking for trouble at some point down the road, and yes there are exceptions to this rule but I for one am not willing to make that gamble. It is what it is. A hobby that we all know the dangers of being involved with. Good luck to all of you involved.

GM, All Shelbie stands to gain from her post outing you is to get you to leave her alone. She benefits in no other way. Why would she post if not true from her perspective? She is a kind, educated and articulate lady and the best choice for you now is to honor her requests & leave her alone. The same goes for any other provider who is not wanting you as a client as they choose to not be videotaped, have pictures taken or succumb to your demands.

I am also an ex senior military officer with experience in the military legal proceedings and agree with Vino, the Military legal system works as well or better than the civilian court system.

You can deny and blame the system all you want, bottom line is, the facts speak loud and clear. Your past actions are despicable and the best thing for you to do is to crawl back into the hole from whence you came.

Bottom Line: drop it, move on, leave these providers alone who do not want to see you or communicate with you in any manner. You obviously pride yourself in your numerous conquests evidenced by your prolific posting, go back to those who welcome you. If they will now.
