Here's something that needs to be pointed out. This forum could have saved the guy a lot of trouble if he'd of listened to / read. As far back as I can remember, mongers have been saying she is bad news.

Weather that happened before or after WOULD make a huge difference. If he was told before the act she was underage (and actually was) and did the act anyway he committed a felony.
