My guess is that it's some random person, maybe even a male, who lifted someone's insta or FB pics to tempt guys to send gas money which would be the end of the "arrangement".

Got no response until 3 days ago out of the blue she PM'd me. Relatively quick and positive exchange, went to kik, chatted more (she is from Venezuela, came here two months ago, etc.), eventually leading to the promise of dinner tonight.
