Pretty much everything about this is a scam.

Real simple. NOT A SINGLE legit girl will EVER ask you to sign up for a cam site. Every time that happens you are being scammed.

Just about every part of this ad screams SCAM. I would really recommend doing a lot more reading and research if this is a hobby you plan on pursuing.
