Idk if it's cultural or what, but instead of blurring faces what they do is look for a pic of a model or adult actress with vaguely similar proportions and you're supposed to know that it's not actually them. Similarly, the age is also always fake. If they say "18" or "super young" that means mid 20's. If they say "21" or "young" that means 30's. Anything else may be 30+.
