Newer to the area. Here's my recon thus far
I'm tired of lurking so here we go. I apologize for the length in advance, but roommates are out of town so I'm lonely dammit & hopefully nothing in my post is against rules.
Only been to a few of the clubs around here so far, so here's my experiences with them.
Sapphire. I think I went there sometime December22-Jan23. Showed up Way too early as the club hadn't even opened yet. Met the security guy, his name was Dwayne and he was awesome. Told us to come back in a few hours and he would waive the cover, so we did just that. The club is enormous, but from what I could tell a lot of the space is not used very well. There were so many girls there, but none that really stood out to me top tier. The club seemed very lap dance / private dance oriented, which in my opinion is the worst case scenario from a consumer standpoint. Got a lap dance from an veteran Asian dancer because my date didn't know how to say no. The dance was fine but the vibe I got was that she was about getting you to the VIP and not stopping till she got the job done. Overall was a good club, but you got to fight off a lot of low tier talent to get your $$$ worth as they were moderately aggressive.
Talk of the Town April23 - I'm not going to lie, this club was surprisingly badass. Went by myself pretty late and the whole thing was a bit weird at first because there's no cover, you just walk into a sex shop and go to the back and its a pretty small room with a stage and pole in the middle. Walked over to get some singles and one of the better looking girls was fully nude grinding on a guy on the couch. That went on for at least 15 minutes or so, she looked really into it too haha. I had to wait a bit to get my singles then went and sat at the stage and threw some. After the song ended the dancer (Electra) came over to talk to me. She was pretty good looking, thick in all the right places but not too much. Didn't seem like she had much going on in terms of conversational skills but if I want to talk I'll go to a therapist. Got a dance from her on the floor, was 20 bucks and before I even had the opportunity to, she asked me if I was going to tip at the end, which is fucking annoying to me but it comes with the territory. I gave her a few more bucks and watched some of the dancers. I definitely think that you can get more than you pay for here, but even more notably is that because of the size of the club are and its full nude, I think you could get a pretty wild show going with the right experienced people.
Diamond Cabaret April23 - So this was a pretty disappointing experience overall. Walked up to the door and the security guy seemed overly on my ass. Had me flip out my pockets, wanded me, got my I'd, the works. All this time he let several other people walk right by. I don't know if they had already been inside or were staff or what so no big deal. I throw a few bucks in his tip jar (I always tip security and the doormen) I go in and guy working the entrance booth just had one of those weird sleazy vibes, whatever. He says its $20 to get in. I ask what the rate for locals is and he says its $20 to get in. Ok fella here you go. He says hang on one second and I'll have you seated. So this porky thing comes around the corner and just right off the bat has one of those attitudes that's a tiny bit abrasive. She tells me to hang on a minute so I wait then she walks me in and sits me right on the end where there's maximum traffic. She then tells me there's a 1 drink minimum and that all drinks are $15. This right pissed me off because I had just coughed up 20 as a cover as a local, so I said wait there's a drink minimum with the cover? Told her I wasn't sure if I was going to stay. The writing was on the wall and I could tell this was already turning into a shakedown. Said ok whatever fuck it and gave her a 20 and told her to keep the change, thinking maybe it would buy me something later. It did not though. Tall slender white girl (Luna) comes up to me and asks the usual annoying questions like she's some cop or something. I played the game, get told that I get a free tour of the place so I was like ok cool lets go. Turns out it was not a tour at all but a direct bee-line to the VIP room. She then says that her friend is going to come in and explain everything so I was like ok cool. Well around the corner comes porky again (oh joy) and she's throwing numbers out left and right. Told her that I was good on VIP for now and was met with resistance (something like what are you waiting for, or what's holding you back). I hadn't even got the chance to see any of the other girls working, so mentioned I wanted to get acclimated and go from there. I go back out to the floor and immediately get approached by a super petite albeit ratty looking thing asking the same cop questions. Was trying to watch the dancer on the stage and she asked if I wanted a dance I said not yet. Hit the bathroom and come back and here she comes again right away, this time with an attitude trying to say I'd seen every girl dance (two of the 6 dancers had gone on stage at this point) and that if I wanted to see better or more acrobatic stuff I had to go up there and start tipping. Thanks Jr, I didn't know that's how it worked. And I was like don't worry I'll let you know. By the time I got her out of my face Luna was going on stage but there was no one on the floor but me. You get a transfer pass to scores so I decided it was time to use it and left. Big group of foreign guys was showing up right as I was leaving. I thought about going back in to see if they got the girls more lively but honestly the pushiness was too annoying. Most of the girls were good looking, except the super aggressive ones. Weird, right?
Scores April23 - Door guy was cool, I go in and a really good looking girl grabs me to give me the rundown. I was thinking oh great just like diamond. I was wrong. She was informative, not pushy, and just nice to talk to. This club was way more lively with a lot more patrons but the girls outnumbered us at least 2:1. A few girls come up and offer me dances, I tell them not right now. This super fine cuban girl comes and we start chatting it up. I'm like yeah she's the one and I get a dance from her on the floor for 40. She moved my hands to let me know tiddies were a go. I got a little nipple action in the mouth, and had I not wasted time and $ at diamond I think I could have taken her to VIP and done whatever I wanted to her. Was about to hit my budget so I tipped her another 20 and she gave me another full song and sat on my lap for 30 minutes while we chatted. Overall, badass club. The talent is really good, but they don't pester. The two girls that were on the 2-pole stage before I left were doing all sorts of jaw-dropping tricks and shit. I will definitely be back to that club.
Is Sapphires pool party worth it?
I've been to Sapphires a few times night club hours. But never been to their pool party hours. Can anyone share any insights into what to expect? Do they have lap dances around the pool area? Just curious because Sapphires seems to market their pool parties a lot.
