They get axed if they don't. So if the jgirl was previously at a corg, they are given very clear instructions to transition them out of the corg mindset at least. It is CAKD's special advantage. They do it for kgirl HYA too.

But that is clearly different than some LA korgs where the jgirls are just short-term guests. "Just visiting" jgirls who still think they are at a corg so to speak. What LA korgs would need to do is what CAKD is already doing for years. Or put another way, hold jgirls to the same standards as kgirls. Even if they are short-term. You definitely see occasional kgirls and cgirls show up and not know the korg menu too.

You'll notice that the korg jgirls I reviewed for LA already worked korgs and know their job. You can call them "korg ready" jgirls. They were just as good as the typical young kgirl imo. So, when a CAKD jgirl ATF goes from OC to LA, I can recommend her.

Sometimes the bosses don't know. Bookers sometimes have backup bookers who don't know what the seasoned booker knows in their head. And lastly, some customers are soft on feedback or thought the girl was young. We all have different standards that bookers can't calibrate. Calibration is the strength of a multi-roster, the Furiosa principle.

The problem is also human nature. 1) People who get good service will rate Looks much higher. 2) People who like a girl's looks rate her Service much higher. This is why people rate C and D Looks MILFs so high on TER, they can't help it. It is baked into our DNA.

The only solution I ever came up with was to review the girls myself. It's important to split Looks and Service. Then further break it down into Face, Body, Tits, Age. Often two people disagreed on a girl's Looks but completely agreed on the 4 components broken down! It turns out, one guy was Tits First and the other guy was Face First - they both completely agreed on the girl's Tits and Face quality. They just rated her on Tits or Face as her Looks. People were disagreeing on personal preference, they described the girl the same in detail. Prefences vs Specs.

Note that it is very hard to review Looks regardless of Service. You have to eliminate the Nali Effect and the Haven Effect. The Nali Effect is when a girl gets hotter and hotter on repeats, and the Haven Effect is when a girl gets hotter the moment you start talking and vibing with her.

When normal people talk looks, they are talking Attractiveness, which include the built-up Vibe and Chemistry from repeat visits. That is what really matters to them. But if I am to rank girls for people to pick their "first visit", I have to use Looks Only. Looks Only is what you get when you just stare at a girl the first time fully nude a la Khal Moro. It is a better predictor and more consistent with a first visit impression. Different people get different Vibe/Chemsitry with a girl after all, but every guy gets the same Looks more or less. Once you start talking to Haven she becomes hotter next visit. Once you start banging Nali she becomes hotter next visit.

The Haven Effect works the other way too, on girls. During the Viviana saga I commented how girls rank us in Looks and Service too. Some of the older HYA Hunters, we use dumb tricks to get better service. Tricks like good hygene, grooming, smelling nice. I guess people who don't use these tactics wouldn't believe us anyways. E I would not see for free and F owes me money. To get a total score, I pack Skill, Vibe, Pussy, Performance, and Attitude into a Service rating and rate that too. Then add the two up. So Nali gets a score of 11.9 (5.1 + 6.8). The problem with Service is everyone values the sub-components of Service very differently. It's why you and I might rate a girl S Service and another person rates that girl F Service. We actually even all agree on the sub-components! You see the problem, it is eternal.

A lot of people just aren't seeing girls these days. Money, new girlfriend, or they are fully satisfied and focusing on life. Many people who sent me tips long ago only saw girls 3 to 12 months and then stopped. I've never heard from them again. They had a lot of fun, thanked me, and said they were good. Most people move on. It's why I talk about the birth of new Rabbits.
