I would rather have the popo run plates and potentially catch their revenue off the uninsured and unregistered than be looking my way. I'm a pretty cautious fellow, most of the time. It's the main reason I joined this group. I don't like paying more than I should, false ads, thieves. I'm sure we all have that in common. But, those bad things, pale in comparison to getting arrested. I guess there are worse things that can happen in this hobby, but, it's probably in the top three. I have shared enough information here and posted enough to confirm I am not LE. It just cracks me up when everybody complains about the popo doing their job when we are in their area to commit crimes. If you robbed 5 or 6 7-Eleven stations and the police ran your plate when you were pulling into a 7-Eleven, do you think you get a second look? All I'm saying is we all know the dangers of the hobby, until they change the laws we have to work around those dangers. However, just like the cop stationed at 7-Eleven running a plate of a known 711 Bandit, they have to do the same on Leisure and Van Doren. So I'm assuming your theory then is they should check everybody else out who's not committing a crime by looking for a prostitute, but leave you alone because you think the crime is harmless? It's not the way the law works unfortunately. But all the people who think that living in a lawless society would be better, then you don't know what reality is. Living in a lawless society would mean I could walk to my neighbor's house and shoot them in the head for a cup of sugar because I was out. Think about it.

Well this thread has gotten a bit off topic. It boils down to this guys: Police have overwhelming societal pressure to not racially profile or to discriminate in any way and will do everything in their power to not be sued. They are going to use any tactic whatsoever, whether it's technology (scanning plates with a PC) , vagueness of a law (too dark tint, license plate not bright enough) , speed limits (25 mph throughout downtown. Who drives that slow? Old farts and stoners), to have the ability to PULL OVER ANY CAR FOR ANY REASON. So, you should NOT BE DRIVING whether you have an expired tag, no insurance, suspended license, OR A WARRANT. And you definitely should NOT be mongering. Common sense isn't so common anymore unfortunately.

Of all the rules, following the "Never discuss business through your window or with a girl that's not seated in your car" would be my number one. That's for the peace of mind that you can be 99% sure that a UC is not going to get into your car. Not to say there probably aren't instances where some street girl might have struck a deal with Uncle and would be more than encouraged to get into your car, stories like that aren't something we read about when these stings or busts go down.

Use this forum to look at pics of the girls and get familiar with who they are and what their reviews are. The good (or bad, depending on how you look at it) thing about NPR is that, for the most part, you're looking at about the same 20 or so girls, just at different times in their working 'careers'. Sure, we have new girls pop up from time to time, but there seems to be a mainstay of girls that come and go and come back again. Once you get to know them, you'll know who's legit and who's worth seeing. Also, when you know the girls, you'll know that if you see a 'new girl' hanging with and chatting with a regular, you can be pretty sure that she's at least not LEO and might be worth a little bit of investigation.

Lastly, where and how you scoop them can be just as important to staying safe as what girl you're scooping. Keep that in mind.

I spent some time this weekend cruising and scooping.

Friday night took the drive up to Hudson and didn't see much. Right around New York I noticed a blonde walking south. I looped around and caught her at a side street. She walked over and jumped in. Saturday morning made the cruise again. Scooped up Crystal / Krystal just south of New York. I'd picked her up a year or two ago, but didn't 100% recognize her. I cruised back south to Holiday and saw nothing. I finally texted CeeCee from BP and made contact, that less than stellar encounter I posted about in the BP threat. That was a total waste or time and money.

Went back out Saturday night and finally after midnight, around Mile Stretch saw a 'very' older blondish / brunette walking towards 19. I looped around a few times and offered her a ride. Name was Cindy. She didn't come across as a worker, but it didn't take long to confirm she would be willing. Got a very nice BBBJ with spit. She's probably 60, but with bolt-ons. They're not huge, but she's small and they're firm. They were standing out and she had no bra. I don't think she's a regular walker, but obviously can be persuaded. So this girl is not the Holy Grail I got pics of a while ago, but she's another girl that I've seen quite a few times after dark. I've texted a few mongers and told them about this sexy ass brunette that I've seen a few times and tried to get ahead of, only to have her walk by and not look. I've seen her enough times to think that she HAS to be working, but then by her reactions to a car slowing down or sitting back on a side street, nothing about her seems like she's working. This girl actually walked around the back of the bank at Main to, what I think, was avoid a few mongers that were looping in front of her over and over. I've seen her enough to drool over her but she never looks up or looks around.

Last night I saw her again, this time a bit south of Avery. I looped around quite a few times and kept missing her, and as I came up a side street she walked right in front of me and never looked at me. OK, so this girl is either 100% not a worker, is 100% super creeped out that the same guy keeps showing up at every street she crosses, OR, she's UC and wants 'me' to make the first move by calling her over. I was more concerned with being super creepy, so I just pulled out and gave up. As I drove south I kept thinking about her and wanted to check her out one more time ("Just one more cast and we'll go". Who hasn't said that when out fishing?) This time I come north and she's down a side street. I see a truck pulling out of the street and her turning back towards 19. I made the you-turn and pulled down the street and she actually, for the first time in her life (Well, the part of her life that I've been stalking her in) looked up at me and smiled. I asked if she needed a ride and she sent me down the street further. Weird. I made the turn and came back and she was about 40 yards from 19. She jumps in and is freaking beautiful. I'm pretty sure I introduced myself, and she herself, but I was more worried about not drooling on myself when looking at her. Her name is Meescha (She pronounces it 'Mees-ka') She's older, probably mid 30's. Long brunette hair. Light green eyes. Teeth and a smile that are perfect (She's like Justine level of perfect teeth). This girl (and it's always relative) is absolutely beautiful. This might be the first time I've had a girl in the passenger seat of my car, driving away and still been a little unsure about her not being LEO. Her mature, sexy ass look was that out of place.

As we drove, we just kinda small talked and never discussed anything relevant to what I was looking for (or what she might have been offering). She finally asks if we're supposed to "You show me yours and I'll show you mine". This girl has no real idea what she's asking or doing. I ignored the question and kept chatting about who she might know. I found that the best way to ease a girls nervousness is knowing the same people and having legitimate info and stories to share about said people. Well, she knows a girl who I know a bit and have spent some time with in the past. After a few little anecdotes about our mutual friend (and showing her a few photos I had on my phone), all nervousness and uncertainty on her part was gone. She totally relaxed and I teased her about her unsure attempt at an LEO check. She's a great sport and never took offense to my immaturity. She's totally mellow, totally laid back and coherently intelligent, but TOTALLY GREEN.

We get to my spot and I get to see her standing. She's short, probably 5'2 or 5'3. Maybe 125. Small B-cups with small areolas and nice, big nipples. Muscular legs and arms. When she's naked you can tell she's had a kid, but it's not bad at all. She said in her past she was very into working out and was very fit, which still shows even though she's in a different place right now. We sat around small talking, joking and goofing off. As I'm sitting on the edge of the bed, she's standing between my legs and there couldn't be more of a GFE with her. LFK, DFK, with her randomly just wrapping her arms around me and hugging. What SW does that? It was kind of strange and unexpected, especially from an older girl that is as pretty as she is. She didn't want pictures at all, then conceded to a few that are not identifying. She doesn't have a phone, but 'hopes' to have one in the next week or so. Right now the only way to get a hold of her is to find her on the stroll. She seems to be between Main and the bridge. At least, that's where she's been the few times I've seen her and she ignored me. Not sure how often she walks, but I've cruised a lot lately and only seen her a few times over the past few weeks.
