I was making an appointment with one of the girls, I checked to see if my time I selected was opened the the daytime, it was, so I made an appointment. Come to find out days later I got bumped and someone else got my timeslot.

Lesson learned, do not make an appointment at Kison, just walk in and see who's available. Or better yet, do not book appointments with the daytime mama, just make appointments with Chanel.
