After shopping at Southgate, I exited by way of Leisure Lane. It was about 8:30 pm, and no walkers were out. But gathered in the Eagles Lodge parking lot were quite a few sheriff's deputies in black t-shirts and semi-unmarked cars. Some were standing around looking to be ready for something. As I got to the light at Gulf and 19, a city cop car crossed from the east side, and apparently made the traffic light change for his own use. This area is getting hotter and hotter. I think I'll find other routes even when doing legit business. I don't want my vehicle to be seen around there often.

I don't personally understand it since, to me, it's a whole lot easier to pull out onto 19 directly from the Southgate parking lot, and even head north via one of the two center turn lanes, rather than wait on the long light at Gulf. Maybe some of those people that live further back like using the short-cut instead of the other side down Marine Parkway.

But, yeah, during nighttime, it's strongly recommended to stay completely off any part of Leisure or Van Doren. If you do, you're being watched. In fact, uncle loves to lie in wait in the dark at the far end between Southgate and Pet Supermart. If he sees you anywhere near that spot, odds are strong he's going to want to know what business you have driving back there at night (even though just driving on any public street any time of day is not sufficient probable cause to be pulled over).

Both lights that light up the plate were working fine and told the officer that's how the trailblazer's were made from the factory and he still said that the bulbs were too far away from the plate on each side to properly light it enough and that " if he see's me again and its not taken care of, he will ticket me for it " . I have never seen a bigger group of douche bags than pasco's finest.

The area was already looking dead before last week and now two more girls got picked up. That does not leave a whole lot of action left around Gulf and 19 and the usual New Port Richey stroll. There are probably 8 or 9 girls left in that area, with 11 or more checked in or no longer around. Just 3 or 4 months ago there were girls ALL over. I've innocently scooped a couple of girls there who were game to do a date, but they were not walkers and their lack of willingness to provide standard service, showed it. I would not repeat with either of them.

Port Richey has been hit or miss, with a few girls now showing up around Ranch and around 52. North of 52 I've seen a couple of the regulars, but nothing new that was definitively walking.

In Hudson I've seen Ashlee a few times and also Sarah is back out there, and Sarah still has her black and white hair if you're trying to avoid her.

Holiday has had a little more action recently. I've seen super tan, older Lee a bit at Mile Stretch, and unfortunately Asian Amy as well. Haven't seen Molly in a few weeks. Moog has had a few known and some new stragglers as well, but none have turned into dates.

A fellow daytime monger has found a few new girls over the past month and a half. So, they're out there, just not during my strolling hours.

With less girls around NPR, that means Uncle can zero in on a girl and just watch, knowing desperate mongers will inevitably swoop in sooner than later. Be extra aware rigt now.

A member suggested LED lights, which I did. They actually make a huge difference and there's no way at all to miss that there are lights on and that my tag is properly lit.

I understand that you shouldn't have to and that it is purely harassment, but if you're ever going to be rolling through New Port Richey with a known hooker in your car, it might be worth looking into LOL.

Just thought I'd mention it since another member mentioned it to me and it has been a huge peace of mind for my overly paranoid ass.

The PCSO Facebook page just posted a story about the big clean-up, citations, arrests and issuing tresspass warnings. The trespass warnings might keep girls that don't live there, out of there, which might explain it being dead.

Here's the short story they posted about it. There are a bunch of pics of the area in various stages of clean-up, as well.

Just thought it might be of interest.

This might be a GREAT time to stay out of the area.

I think of all my friends iv'e met out here my favorite would have to be Jade and her English accent but unfortunately she's gone now and taking a long get better vacation.

During our get togethers I never once thought to preserve the moments with camera or video, but I wish I had now. I have looked through the entire sites pics and only found 1 of her in the moment. Damn that sucks. I was hoping someone has some they would be willing to share or trade or barter for. LOL. Or just let me borrow for a bit. LOL.

It used to be LE had to have probable cause to run someone's individual license plate. But, now, with the scanners they run 'everyone's' license plate. It's then a very simple matter for a cop to pull someone over because the scanner (that's scanning all license plates) could not read their specific license plate because 'the license plate lights were too dim'. So it's now reversed. The probable cause is the claim your plate could not be read. But just the fact that cops have the legal ability to scan every license plate within the range of their scanners is disturbing, in and of itself.

It's sad because in a country like, say, Germany, they can only randomly scan license plates when there's a very specific, targeted person they're looking for. Otherwise, they can't just shotgun it. But in the US, randomly scanning license plates in an effort to find someone (anyone) with a warrant is now the norm, and it's doubly bad because it gives them justification to pull anyone over, even without a scanner hit, simply by saying their license plate wasn't illuminated enough for it to be scanned.

In effect, it means that LE has the ability to pull anyone over for absolutely no reason, whatsoever. But, yeah, you can at least try to limit that ability by following Swede's lead and installing super bright LED license plate bulbs.
