I hope you find someone out there. I would guess most of us guys have someone at home why shouldn't the ladies have someone also. Also you should not have deleted the ad on that site in my opion. Good luck to you.

Good luck to you.[/QUOTE]Whilst I completely agree with the principle of anybody in this business having a SO back home, we hobbyists (in general) keep this activity a secret from our partners. Imagine how difficult this would be for a provider should they choose to continue in the hobby. I would suggest nigh on impossible!

Entering a new relationship should ideally be based on trust from both sides. Unless one intends to withdraw from the hobby I believe seeking a new LTR for a provider who intends to stay in the business is destined for failure.

Whatever this or any other lady wants, I wish them every success

I am sure you have been slammed enough, but we all need to be careful to keep personal and business separated.

Unfortunately, many of us on this site may also use POF or other intimate encounter sites which makes it very hard for a provider posting elsewhere to maintain anonymity. I have seen others advertise on various sites and have even contacted one a long while back in the past, but there needs to be some level of sensitivity or tack in this area.

If a provider wants to date, she has to come and think of the idea of kicking the provider habit. We have all seen providers disappear to prevent burnout and then re-surface.

I just wonder if they really do stay out, entertain a few of fav's they like, or resurface after the relationship ends with their SO.

I've seen other providers post on POF before, and they weren't looking for a boy friend. Was just another avenue to advertise. Same as some that post on whatsyourprice.

I agree with Mr Bob. Providers are real people too. They have every right to seek a relationship in real life separate from their business. There is no need for her to give up her source of income in order to have a steady man in her life. Plenty of hobbyists have a SO and / or spouse. Why can't a provider have one too?

I think the burden is on us hobbyists to respect the ladies' privacy. If a page on a dating site looks like an ad for services, answer it if you want. If a page on a dating site looks like she is seeking a LTR, then reach out to her if you are OK knowing what she does for a living. Otherwise, forget you saw the page and move on. No need to "out" her attempt to find a guy and potentially embarrass her or at least inconvenience her search.
