I do find it suspicious that CEC can attract so many reviews in such a constant daily fashion. I was verified but I didn't upload anything, mainly P411, RSAVS, and TER whitelist. I got a good numbers of current okay on P411, so I am not that unsafe to the owner since I was upfront about having three well-acknowledged verification statuses.
The owner runs a tight ship with communication. I was picky and the girl I want to meet never work at the time that worked for me, so after a while, CEC removed me from the mailing list, although confirmed that they kept record of my verified status (well, it's another debate of worry, not the point here). When I got updates, CEC's review discount is about $50, I doubt it is the sole factor of the review stream. All the reviews are just too good and I found many of them have a very similar tone or language when I read them. Yes their girls are hotter than most competitors' bullpen, but girls are bound to have some ups and downs or just low chemistry or energy in front of some clients. I don't have proof of fake reviews, so I can't say anything to that end.
Angelis' girls are in the same boat as CEC, the only difference is the volume of reviews are not as crazy as CEC.
EEC's review volume is the lowest among the three, with the most variation in the scores of reviews. I find them a bit closer to my expectation in terms of believability. Because I find its bullpen not as hot as CEC's. But EEC's pricing also reflect that difference well and fair. EEC girls generally got good scores with occasional one or two underwhelmed reviews, which is pretty much the case for most providers, except those who charges $500 or more and really love to be fucked for $.
EEC seems to start to provide discount to reviewers, I missed a $250/ hr chance to fuck one of their most senior girl in its lineup yesterday, sadly I had a really busy day. Otherwise, that's a killer deal given that girl's reputation.

I can't defend the number of reviews on TER, but I echo CoolPatrick's thoughts. Since being verified, communication with the handler has been really efficient and top-notch when I'm interested in a girl. I think the pictures are really accurate (particularly the uncensored ones that you can access once you're a member), and for the girls that I've met, the TER reviews were accurate (even if the redundancy was high).
As an aside, a few weeks ago I actually tried to submit a review for a CEC girl I had seen awhile back. And TER rejected it. It was over, what I still think to be, stupid details, but I was eventually able to submit it with some edits. It was the first time that had happened to me, so at the very least, they do have some mechanism for filtering what they consider to be fake reviews.

Got a chance to see one of Sandra's girls, Tiff, and she made me feel very good. Her performance from the very beginning was pure GFE.
