And bit of an attitude was an understatement, although "be-I-t" are the proper first three letters of how I would describe her attitude. I have seen Dommes that were much nicer to communicate with than her. She seemed to want me tell her exactly what I wanted for lunch before knowing what the menu looked like. I prefer to know what the chef's specialties are, then ask if any special ingredients more to my liking are available in the pantry once seated at the table.
