If you find someone you really want to connect with and notice the communication issue, I tend to address it head on. Tell them you are serious about getting to an arrangement and don't have much time to get there. If she's prepared to engage in communication, great. If not, tell her you'd rather not waste either her or your time. You may have to move on to another target, but it saves time and frustration.

I'm not wanting a full time Sb but I'm certainly always looking for someone I'd like to see more than once. The pros are actually a bit better at communicating. So as much as I really don't want to give this review on here. I will anyways. I spent most of the afternoon with these two. No weird vibe at all.
