It's trivial to find providers 40+ in Cobb (or Roswell) who will give HE. Even the ones who at first trial the DIY are always an easy push to HE. OTC usually a given. UTC varies by provider and / or her mood that day, if she knows you, tip size, etc. And I find the rarity is south of the border utc.
