Tech question regarding BP
For some reason my back button doesn't work when in BP. Is this happening to anyone else? Any thoughts as to what the problem might be?
Thanks!
Why Do Pros Get Paid Up Front and Non Pros After The Job Is Done?
Just some thoughts.
In almost all personnel service dealings the customer pays the provider after the job is complete. But for some reason prostitutes typically demand full payment upfront. Which often times enables them to take the customer money and run.
However, every time I have dealt with a non pro, I paid them after that have satisfied the terms of our agreement.
So dumb question. Why in one of the oldest professions do the "professionals" demand payment upfront?
Simple, WE LET THEM GET AWAY with it.
Guys, please join me and NEVER pay the girl her fee in the beginning. And if she will not service you without being paid upfront, just simply walk away.
This is how we can effect real change and stop being ripped off.
Too Dangerous for Provider

For Incall: Most / many legit independent providers travel by themselves, and don't have any protection other than some pepper spray or taser (depending on if they travelled by car or by plane). The only way that they can guarantee that they will get paid, is by getting the $ up-front. Obviously, there is some risk of loss for the hobbyist, because the provider may be lazy, not provide any services, or change rules / scope of services provided after receiving the money. However, the provider has the greatest risk of loss, because the hobbyist could rape her, simply not pay her, reduce the fee, or change the "rules" established (I. E."you lied about X, Y, Z [I. E. Non-rush, age, ethnicity, tightness, etc. ] so I am going to reduce the fee). Also, as a hobbyist, we know whether she is legit when we open the door (I. E. Same woman as in pics, looks good, LE check so she will perform, etc.) , however, the only way that she can tell that a hobbyist is legit is if he puts up the money. This is why they have the greatest risk of loss.
Some providers leave the $ on the dresser and don't even touch it until after the "job" is done, partially to establish a level of trust (that is not done for any LE purpose, because a provider will know that a guy is not LE before completion). Not touching the $ on the dresser is as close as I think you will likely come to paying after, when you are dealing with a provider for the first time that is not with an agency.
For Outcall: The risk of loss is on the hobbyist. The provider knows where the hobbyist lives (if it is a home) and she can get the providers name, etc. From the hotel if there is any disturbance (I. E. Call the front desk / security and say that the guy in room XYZ tried to assault her, or call the police and say that you invited her over and tried to assault her). Hobbyists can be, for the most part, anonymous when dealing with an incall situation, but not so when dealing with an outcall. Providers know this, which is why there is such a higher amount of fraud / misrepresentation associated with outcall services. Generally, once the provider is in your room / house, you are at risk for robbery, rape / assault allegations, etc. They figure that $.60, $2 etc is not woth the hassle / potential disruption to a hobbyist.
There is a reason why experienced hobbyist make issue of providers that use fake pictures. A real picture, especially with today's technology, means that you can track the provider despite name and number changes. Moreover, a provider that keeps the same number and name is far less of a risk than a provider that changes her number and name in every city (including the same city when she re-visits). The key is to reduce the amount of risk involved. As a hobbyist you can do this by only seeing reviewed providers or those that are properly vetted electronically. Also, nothing can stop you from getting robbed, because whether you intend to pay in the beginning or end, the money is still in your wallet / pocket.
Just a word on hotel outcall

It may take feeling out the situation a little but I have always found doormen at hotels and resorts to be helpful and concierges of local underground markets. In their position it is much easier for them to do right by you than to rip you off and they can make some easy steady cash per shift by helping guests who need a little help. Not completely fool proof but I have never known it not work.
All of the other monger rules still apply but when out of town, a good doorman can be a very useful ally.
If you got ripped off by a car dealer
Ok Dudes, I am staying way from backpage for now on.
Way to many scammers and outright thieves.
Just had a girl meet me at my place, and no she was not the girl in the add.
Then she told me after she sucked me off that the girl in the ad was in the car and that I could have her from round 2. She told me also the girl in the ad was in the car and it was her first time. Yep.
Well, needless to say, when she went to get the girl, she never came back.
Guys are stupid when it comes to this area.
Would you stay away from all car dealers?
You didn't do your homework before making the call, you didn't send her packing when she showed up at your door and wasn't what you expected, and you believed her when she said the "real" girl was out in the car. Not everyone is stupid in this area; some of us do the research and reading to find the scammers up front, and to be prepared to bail out if things don't look right.
I've seen at least 10 gems off of Backpage this year. All use real pix, all look nice, all deliver good service and good value.
