I'm not yet a senior here (long time hobbiest and lurker), but whoever is doing this devalues what 'senior' means on this site, and the level of trust that comes with it.

Let me back up and punt for a min. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post a general idea for Admin, but I did not find an obvious link to send it anywhere else.
How about having a Forum to allow the guys to Post Ads for what they are looking for, the same way the ladies can post ads offering services? A lot of ladies read these forums as well as guys, and I would guess that there are also many who would like to be UTR and might respond to such ads.
