I am back in LV on business for the week. The company put me up in a casino hotel, something I usually try to avoid. Maybe a new girl in the travel department, I don't know. Last night I took a walk on the South end if the Strip. In front of MGM there were two very attractive young ladies dressed in sexy police outfits inviting people to take their pictures with them. At first, my thought was, these gals are going to start with a pic and upsell guys to whatever. So, I stood back to watch a while and I was totally wrong. What I saw was many, many people, guys and ladies, having their pics taken and then the chicks asking for tips. One group of slightly drunk guys probably ended up giving them a hundred bucks. Two Asian ladies each took a pic of the other and gave them five each. Then there was the cheap bastard gentleman of color who had his old lady take his pics with the sexy cops. When they asked for a tip he was shocked, then tried to give them each a buck. His girlfriend called him a cheap bastard and made him give them a ten. He was not happy.
Here is my point, these two ladies, either of which would have been fun to fuck, were making far more money than any SW in town. And while the street musicians all over the area were taking in nickles and dimes these two were raking in read dough. What's this world coming to?

I watched them for about 15 or 20 minutes and expect they took in at least a hundred during that time. It seemed that the hand full of drunk guys was the mother load.

That's what I think happened at that point all they need is suspicion once they see that. Now what I do is I will say what's up going by and if I get a positive response I will say hey let's get inside or sit at the bus stop anything that won't raise suspicion that way I am safe but for the most part I am there to get your number and get out so I can properly research the number and gather up all the info I can get so I can ascertain the correct decision if I choose to see a provider or not.

The police have the right to stop and question him. But he was not obligated to answer. Cops like you to to believe that you are being a good citizen by answering their questions. When in fact they are gathering evidence to make a arrest. They also had the right to search him. It is foolish to have carry any thing illegal with you when contacting prostitutes.

It is not a crime to refuse to answer questions. But refusing to answer can make the police suspicious about you. If they think you're in a place you have no reason to be, like a well dressed local in a seedy area know for drugs and prostitution, that can be a reason to detain you while they question the hooker they saw you talking to. When they ask why you're there, not answering will make them more suspicious. But it's better than getting caught in a lie or incriminating yourself.

They asked my hotel and room number and sent a girl over to try to rip me off. She wanted 60 upfront just for showing up. I'm sure the upselling could have continued into hundreds of dollars. I asked her to leave and she said pay me the cancellation fee of 30. I said get out and she called the service and they said you have to pay. No. Hung up, asked her to leave then I left my room (no valuables), walked to lobby to get security. When we returned she was gone. And I moved to another room.
I was younger and dumber then. Now I'm a little smarter.
