Although, please avoid certain ones like the mall, or hospital lots as they have security that drives around all the time. Wal-Mart has NOTHING. Meijer is my personal favorite. I would also strongly suggest you follow the other advice and back into the spot, making sure that there are no parking spots, or driving lanes behind you so you only have to monitor 3 sides of your car.

Meijer has camera's that can see the entire parking lot. I would not recommend, if they see you on camera, they will come and ask you to leave, or call the police.

Meijers also has security in cars that have nothing to do at all.

The ones that are not as popular you will have no problem.

Limiting the action to front seat head is your safest bet. Less conspicuous and quicker to stop.
Full service in backseat will get you distracted, too into it and noticeably rock the vehicle.
If you arent a quick finisher the longer your exposure will be.
Crack the windows so you dont fog up.
Avoid lunchtime because others as well as police like to find a place to park and eat.
Consider Car Park and Rides during off-peak carpool hours, churches, extended lots of nicer hotels, or any vast parking lots that span multiple stores/restaurants.
Examples include Star Movie theatre parking lot on alpine especially at night back when it was open, or something like Rogers Plaza on 28th.
Stay away from parks, schools or anywhere children or moms frequent.
Keep clean up supplies in your car. wipes for you, towel for her if shes a wet one with FIV.
Agree on a story of how you know each other and why in the event you are caught in the act. At least know first names.
