Sure they spend time fielding calls and texts- just as I spend nearly 6 hours a week traveling to and from work. A good many providers only respond when they want to (I guarantee if you pick 5 random providers on BP right now and text them, at least two won't respond at all and many will only reply some time later- I. E. When they feel like it.).
Sure- there is some wear and tear- just as there is on your average bartender, server, construction worker, etc. Etc.
As far as calls "all hours of the day" I'd suggest turning off the phone when they want to sleep. I will bet you more calls are answered at 3:00 am than at 3:00 pm. Besides- do you work when it is convenient for you or when your work is desired?
Bottom line is a woman who has a decent head on her shoulders, is fairly well maintained and attractive and willing to provide decent service can make a lot of money fairly easily.

The scenario you describe just doesn't work that way. It's easy to make that assumption. But there is also some other factors that sadly work into the equation. First of all there is no way a girl will have 2 1 hr sessions and 2 hh sessions in 3 hours. Typically a guy calls and makes an appt for a specific time. He may be on time but most likely he will be anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes late. If the girl has already made an appointment for a reasonable time after his session now what does she do. Does she tell him to get lost and hope the next guy is on time or does she go ahead and take the first guy expecting the 2nd guy is going to be late? It's a tough call. Also, most girls, except for the really low end ones, will always plan a gap between guys so she can freshen up and straighten up her room. I know I am turned off when I show up and the bed is a mess and there are condoms laying around. So a quality lady will typically plan around 30 min between sessions. So even if the guys show up on time the 4 sessions will turn into 4 and a half hours.
It gets even worse if they are doing outcalls. Now they have to consider drive time, which can be a pain during hours where traffic can be bad. So now the lady is probably planning an hour between sessions. It just turned into 6 hours.
Another typical scenario is, from what my friends have told me, maybe a third of the guys don't even show up and around 7 in 10 that don't show also don't let you know. So now of those 4 incall appointments maybe 3, more likely 2, will actually show up. So now they have spent 3 hours just seeing 2 or 3 guys. One of my friends tells me maybe a third of outcalls end up being a vacant house or an address of some regular family and she gets totally embarrassed. How many girls do you think knock on a hotel room of some family on vacation? A lot more than you think. That is why many girls won't do outcalls unless you are a regular.
Another aspect of the trade is all the communications involved. You might think a girl gets a call, the guy says he wants an appointment, he agrees and heads that way. It doesn't work that way. Typically a guy will contact a girl and want to chat forever. He wants to know all about her and what she will do. Then he wants to negotiate the rate. I have sat and watched a friend provider text a guy for an hour while we were having lunch before he made an appointment with her. I have also sat through the same scenario multiple times except he ended up saying no because she wouldn't give him a $40 half hour. Or the guy just quit talking. (You wouldn't believe some of the things these guys say or ask for. Some will simply beg for special favors or rates. Latinos are by far the worst.) These girls spend half their time working on appointments. That is one positive aspect for a girl using an agency I suppose. But there are so many downsides it's still not worth it.
Now you have to consider an added complication. As everyone knows a large percentage of the providers are also drug addicts. I've known one or two of them also. They spend half the day trying to get a session as described above. Now they are in withdrawal. They finally arrange an appointment. What do they do next? They call up their dealer and make a run to get what they need. By the time they get their drugs and get back home or to the hotel they take half an hour to an hour to get their fix. Now it takes another half hour to an hour to come down enough to be able to function again. So they have spent 3 or 4 hours basically for that one session not including the time it took to get the session in the first place. More than likely they go through this same cycle all day. They end up only seeing 2 or 3 clients in a day's time. I'm not excusing this situation at all. But if you consider the problems with scheduling and then the further waste of time for the drug cycle it explains why a provider with drug problems can NEVER use prostitution to get away from drugs. And they will never make the sort of money you are talking about.
I think the lucky girls, who can stay away from drugs, go through the process of meeting new guys and, if they are good enough, end up building up a list of regulars so they have consistent business which means they can mostly forget about advertising and going through that or refuse to talk to the guys that do that. Maybe 2 days a week she goes ahead and books 2 extra 30 minute session which pushes the time to 3 hours and 25 minutes. If she does this she is making around $1200 a week. Not bad, except even at a cheap hotel she's probably paying at least $60/ day. So that's $420/ week. Now she has $780 for the week. You consider that good money?
No, the ladies don't work only 3 hours a day or 4 days a week. Most hustle like hell for 12 to 15 hours a day 7 days a week.
All I am really saying is that prostitution is not that big money maker guys think it is. Yes, a few ladies do make top money. But most don't. Even most really good looking ladies usually don't. A cheap hotel in Lexington at $60 a night- there are cheaper than that and if they pay by the week they can even get them for less. Since when, when figuring annual income does one subtract living expenses? (Most live where they work). Just for shits and giggles though lets take your $780 and multiply it by 50 weeks (I'll give 'them 2 weeks a year to let their fingers rest after all that texting) and it comes to $39,000 a year (which would be about $55,000 before taxes for a legit wage earner) So to answer your question, for the amount of time and expense of their training (zero dollars) and considering the time they spend on their backs doing very little in many cases, yeah, that's pretty damn good money.
You mentioned high end girls on BP and also 20 minute appointments for $60. If you can hook me up with a high end girl for that rate I'd consider you a magician. On the other hand, if I were to walk into McDonalds and start complaining that the food was not of the same caliber as Applebees, and follow up by using that as an excuse to complain that their prices are too high, I'm fairly certain getting a half price the meal is not something that will happen.
Generally speaking, I would say you get what you pay for. And when a provider is willing to negotiate, that's probably the value of service you will get. Personally I'd rather do my homework, make sure this site is used for what it is intended, treat the decent providers right, and pay for service that I wind up liking.
I would love for someone, perhaps you, to set up a stable of fine upstanding women who only charge 60 for a half hour and 100 for an hour. They would be easy to get ahold of anytime we wanted, because they only work 3 or 4 days a week for a few hours a day.
