Went there 2 x this week did a vary fun 2 hand $100. Then had a better 4 hand it was wild $250.

She runs the parlor so some days she's extra busy and or annoyed with clients and workers. Such as claiming political Asylum and others. It can be continued as long as they are New York residents. So sometimes to establish this they have mail go to certain addresses. Periodically as you indicated, they see their Medicaid doctors (which they could do here). Also, they have "special accountant tax guys" who do their taxes so they have "Some" reported income to report.
