I was in the mood for a real massage so I tried hitting this one up. After all ad said CMT. She made sure to mention she is "professional" multiple times. I was cool with that because really was looking for massage.
Anyway setup a time showed up on time. Txt as requested when I get there. Address ended up being an apt building and she did not give room number. Waited a few minutes she finally txt'd back and said she was running behind. Would be ready in 15 minutes. Professed it would be worth the wait.
Waited a while longer. She then txt'd back almost ready and that the guy before me wanted to extend his session midway through and he arrived late.
A few minutes later she txts back "Are you still here?" I responded yes I am. I wait a few more minutes and ask are you ready and hear nothing back. After 10 more minutes I just went back to work.
Like an idiot I ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes (should have left as soon she said she was making me wait because she extended other guys time) and even a day later I never did hear back from her. I would avoid. Apparently a time waster!
If anyone does know of a good good deep tissue massage therapist (extras preferred but not required would rather have good massage can get extras elsewhere) please share them with me.

Had a little time to kill this afternoon while I was in St. Matthews and I had seen this place listed on Craigslist. Really was looking for just a good massage. I definitely got that. She was an older lady (40's) and worked every inch of me. It was very relaxing.
After I flipped, she continued to work out all the kinks and begin to rub my face (love that). She leaned over and quietly whispered did I want to extend my hour 30 minutes because my time was almost up. Unfortunately, I had a hard deadline and could not sample the offering. I plan on it in the very near future.

After reading back to the beginning of this year it looks like 2 AMPs may have what I'm looking for (TS, sauna, & full menu). Ok in Shepherdsville would be more convenient being right by hwy 65. But then there is the more reviewed Sun Spa which is a little out of the way. I was hopping for a little help with tipping option so I won't look like a newbie. Also if you know anything about these two places or could suggest another place that has what I'm looking for but better. I will just be driving throw before and after visiting a friend in Radcliff this coming weekend. Thanks for any help you could give me.
