No. There are no extras or any private rooms. But there are a ton of gorgeous naked girls. Of many different sizes and looks. And the dances are not super expensive. You negotiate with the girls, but there are signs that say "Dance Prices Negotiable $20-$30". When a girl I want to get a dance with asks me for a dance I always say outright "I can do one for $20".
