If it goes bad, you can decrease what you usually would give.
For a sub-par massage and being shorted 15 minutes, I would have given Jessica $52.50 for the massage ($70 x. 75), $00.00 tip for the massage, $47.50 tip for the handjob, $100 total.
If the manager is in the shop, I would calmly tell her that Jessica's massage needs more training, the session was only 45 minutes instead of 1 hour.
After speaking with the manager, I would give Jessica the money.
If she protests, look her in the eyes and calmly tell her to speak with the manager.
