I've been driving area learning the lay out a little. Haven't seen alot of police while driving. One of the big things I have learned is there is at least 5 or 6 girls located at the Econolodge and adjacent hotels on Athens-Boonesboro Road at exit 104. I think that particular hotel is popular with those types because (1) they are cheap (2) Mgmt. Probably doesn't ask too many questions, and (3) The proximity to the interstate which is like a magnet for drug traffic.
