Also, while pricing is at the normal range of higher end, her reviews on TER doesn't suggest a full GFE menu. Can't remember if she is CBJ and if dfk or cim are excluded as well.
I also agree with Ron as I feel like it's more like self promotion of adverstisement by a loyal regular. The forum does allow providers to join. Kimmy (RD's share over CL section) responded to guys from time to time. Providers just cannot advertise here, they should use the classified AD site by USASG.

Note that I understand completely that YMMV is the best expectation for any encounter with an escort in spite of how stellar her services were reviewed and reported. Many things at both ends can impact the outcome of the meet. I like her looks, so I'm not going into her appearance for the rest of my post.
On TER, 4 reviews scored her service at 6 or lower. You can say Chicago reviewers are harsh since the one with 3 is from Chicago. But 2 of them are from Memphis too, one in 2015 and one in last year.
On ECCIE, her reviews are consistently positive with one "not-recommend" from a guy in Nashville.
From what I read of these reviews, I only see Kat may be more of a YMMV encounter, I see your posts as more on the positive side, an good indicator that if she and I are clicked, then I'll have a good time like you had. I do not consider those posts as a deal breaker to me, given what you guys said.
The one review carries the most weight is the latest one, posted by a prolific Chicago reviewer, whose reviews are pretty fair and would tell readers why he come to the score he gave. He reviewed several girls that I also met, so I can understand how he score beyond the constraints from TER policy. For Kat, he said he enjoyed the experience but he could only score 7 for her service per TER policy. This point is pretty much saying he didn't get a lot of service items that can allow him score Kat higher in spite of the availability suggested by previous reviews. So, again, more of a YMMV situation, right?
For me, I'd spend $300 to $600 per hour to meet a escort with a pretty open menu. A next-level GFE should have a menu short of Greek. I consider CIM as required if I want to categorize a provider as next-level. You guys described her as non-rush and suggested that she is likely to spend more than an hour during a 60-minute meeting. I do consider this as a next-level GFE service, but I don't believe she would do that to everybody since it makes little business sense. It's nice to get more than I pay for, but I believe she would do that only when the 'connection' is there. Also, sometimes guys cannot enjoy that because they are also have a tight schedule. CIM, on the other hand, is something more concrete that hobbyists are looking for and will love to enjoy. So, in order to be called next level, CIM should not be a YMMV item that only happen when the stars align. At least this is my humble opinion. You guys can check out the Texas girls that I posted recently in this section. All of them have listed a very open menu in the style that providing a decent base rate ($330 per hour like Kat) including BBBJ, fiv, dfk, daty, cim, with defined up-charges for additional items like Greek, photo, and videos. This is what I mean by consistency. As long as you order and pay, the odds of YMMV is very low, and if they decline services during meeting, such as not letting you fuck her ass because yours is too big, they do not ask for the up-charge. These girls all have stellar reviews on ECCIE and TER. With much more reviews and higher scoring, it is fair for me to believe these girls' service are pretty consistent, whatever you want to call it as GFE or PSE.
It is still a good sign to me that Kat has folks backing her reputation up. I see the tad over-the-top sentiment as an effort of counter-balancing the TER reviews. I hope you guys can confirm whether CIM/COF is on Kat's menu, and if so, I'd agree with your assessment of Kat more.
