I used to tip above the 250 (niw 260 or more) in hopes of maintaining the same level of service or better next time an found that the girls appreciated it in the moment but also realized that with the exception of Lohan and other business savvy girls they're not taking notes and don't remember who tipped and who didn't on future visits.

Also, I've tried the 'pre-tipping' and found that most girls actually give less service once that money is safely locked away in the other room.
