While not common, bait and switches do happen here and elsewhere. Just read up on the org you're interested in to get an idea of their integrity regarding B&S. Fake or dated pictures seem to be the most common culprit for B&S incidents but certain orgs will switch up girls if you're new or don't know the lineup of the girls. Last minute changes are pretty rare though. Plumbing / stomach problems is usually the go to excuse. While I think maybe 20% of the time it's the truth, it's more likely that an old time regular or a favorite of her's bumped you off the queue. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.
